Trailer Floor Automatic Welding Machine
Used for automatic welding of semi-trailer bottom plates and side beams.
A high-precision 2D laser displacement sensor is used to scan the weld seam, enabling automatic tracking of the edge position of the bottom plate for welding.
When reaching corner positions, the system automatically rotates the welding gun, continuously completes the welding of all four sides, and automatically stops welding at the final corner, without the need for manual monitoring.
This significantly improves production efficiency while saving labor and time.
The equipment consists of a welding power supply, welding traveling gantry, precision guide track, 2D laser weld tracking system, automatic welding gun rotation device, welding trolley, and an electrical control system, etc.
