Trailer Corrugated Plate Forming Machine
It is used for automatic forming and cutting of corrugated panels for semi-trailer front (breast) boards.
The equipment consists of a forming press, forming mould, shearing machine, steel coil storage frame, hydraulic system, and electrical control system, etc.
It adopts a fully digital control system and PLC programmable technology to control the operation of various components. Operation is performed via a touch screen, enabling automatic feeding, continuous automatic forming, automatic cutting to preset length, and automatic stacking.
