Tank Positioner

The mechanism clamps the tank body so that the tank body can be revolved and shifted, enabling automatic girth welding of the tank body (or use on round-section tankers), accessory installation, internal alternate bay welding, and external welding, so as to ensure welding quality and improve production efficiency.

The positioner can be moved along the track, which is beneficial to production line layout. It adopts rotary support for rotation, providing large torque and good self-locking performance.

The equipment is composed of an active positioner, driven positioner, electrical control box, fixture, remote control, etc., and can be adjusted by a frequency converter.
