Special – Shaped Wheel Positioner

Rotary displacement for round, conical, and special-shaped tanks. Tanks can be placed directly on the positioner without clamping to achieve longitudinal seam welding of tank rings, welding of internal partition plates, and external welding, ensuring welding quality and improving productivity. The wheel positioner moves along the track, which is conducive to production line layout.

The equipment consists of two active positioners, an electrical control box, a remote control, and other components.
