Shaped Tank Vertical Automatic Girth Welding
It is used for automatic welding of circular seams on stainless steel and aluminum alloy tank trucks with square, round, and special cross-sections. The movement of the welding torch, tank rotation, and welding torch angle are numerically controlled to ensure that the welding trolley welds on the workpiece surface at a constant linear speed. A rotary encoder and laser tracker are used to collect the rotation signal of the tank, which is processed by the numerical control system, and the displacement device is controlled to rotate automatically. The speed and travel speed of the welding carriage ensure that the welding speed does not change when the angular rotation speed of the workpiece changes. Touchscreen operation, camera monitoring, and easy operation.
The equipment mainly consists of a cross operating frame, a camera monitoring operating table, a welding power source, a welding seam tracking system, an electrical control system, and a tank displacement device.
