Shaped Tank Gantry Automatic Welding Machine
The equipment is designed to be used with an automatic plate welding machine as a complete set for overturning welded steel plates. The turnover machine not only flips the steel plate but also serves as a buffer storage for the plates. The hydraulic turnover mechanism ensures that the automatic flipping process is fast and safe. Once overturned, the chain conveyor automatically transports the plate to the bending machine for rolling, significantly improving work convenience and efficiency.
The equipment is controlled by a hydraulic system featuring high operability. The operation is simple and user-friendly. The machine clamps the workpiece tightly on both sides before rotating it 180°. The equipment consists of an overturning rack, overturning saddle, hydraulic system, oil cylinders, chain conveyor, feed stop mechanism, and electrical control system.
