Rotary Flanging Machine

For blanking and turning of heads and partitions of round and shaped tanks. There are two types: the Mould Rotary Flanging Machine and the Modeless Rotary Flanging Machine.

The Mould Rotary Flanging Machine can complete the cutting and turning of the head, and the cutting is performed by a cutter. The Modeless Rotary Flanging Machine needs to be cut according to the tank section and then rotary flanged on the Rotary Flanging Machine.

The Rotary Flanging Machine uses a hydraulic motor as the power source, and the hydraulic pressure is adjustable. At a small R arc, the flanging force can automatically slow down the hemming speed, ensuring good flatness of the head and a long service life of the equipment.

For aluminum alloy tanks, due to the low elongation of the material, if the R arc in the head is small, cracking may easily occur when the head is rotated. A new type of hemming with a 40 mm inner R arc and a hemming height of 70 mm was developed. Currently, there is no such equipment in China.

The Round Rotary Flanging Machine can meet different requirements for the flanging R arc of circular heads and can be customized according to requirements.

The equipment is mainly composed of a rotary host, cutting host, pulley, hydraulic system, vacuum system, etc.
