Roller Compacted Polishing Machine
Used for roller compaction and polishing of food tanker and tank closure weld seams. The roller compaction device and polishing apparatus are mounted on a walking track. The roller compaction unit is powered by a servo motor driving a hydraulic trolley. The hydraulic cylinder ends can be opened, making it easy for the tank to enter the body after rolling, facilitating roller compaction and polishing of the tank closure weld.
The polishing machine is equipped with a dust removal system to collect dust generated during the finishing process.
The equipment consists of a hydraulic system, press, end-opening device, rolling polishing system, dust removal system, and electrical control system.
