Longitudinal Beam Assembly Fixture
It is applicable to the assembly of the upper wing surface, web plate, and lower wing surface of trailer longitudinal beams.
The wing surfaces and web plate are positioned by pneumatic or hydraulic clamping. The front assembly fixture is movable, facilitating the assembly of gooseneck longitudinal beams.
The fixture is mainly composed of a front assembling table, rear assembling table, pneumatic or hydraulic clamping devices, front assembling table moving mechanism, lifting roller conveyor, and an electrical control system, etc.
