Bulging Machine
Used for forming the head of a liquid tank truck. This equipment uses a hydraulic cylinder and a blank holder mold to press the flat plate on the platform. Water is injected into the flat plate by a high-pressure water pump to form the flat plate into a butterfly shape. It can move quickly along the track. To reduce energy consumption, this machine uses a combination of accumulators and pressure relays to maintain pressure, automatically unload when the set system pressure is reached, and automatically build pressure when it is lower than the set system pressure.
The equipment consists of a high- and low-pressure hydraulic system, a water pressure system, a press, a workpiece lifting device, a workpiece in-and-out transfer vehicle, and an electrical control system.
