Bottom Plate Side Plate And Front Plate Assembly Fixture

It is used for the assembly of the bottom plate, side plates, and front plate of dump truck bodies, suitable for both rectangular (Tian-type) boxes and U-shaped boxes.

The side plates and bottom plate are hydraulically clamped for spot welding. The push–pull cylinders can be electrically lifted, allowing the side plates to be pushed or pulled to facilitate the assembly of the front and rear panels.

A three-way spreader is used to suspend the two side plates and the front plate into the fixture simultaneously for assembly, resulting in high production efficiency.
