Trailer Frame Assembly Fixture
It is suitable for the assembly of two longitudinal beams, side beams, and cross beams of a semi-trailer.
According to the product design, the longitudinal beams and side beams are pneumatically positioned and clamped.
For container semi-trailers, the fixture can accurately locate the twist lock positions.
The fixture mainly consists of a gooseneck electric lifting assembly platform, rear frame assembly platform, longitudinal beam pneumatic clamping and positioning device, side beam pneumatic clamping and positioning device, lock positioning blocks, and an electrical control system, etc.
