Longitudinal Beam Straightening Machine
It is applicable to the straightening of side bending of trailer longitudinal beams caused by welding.
A hydraulic double-side oil cylinder is used for correction. The correction cylinders can be raised and lowered, allowing correction of both the upper and lower wing surfaces of the longitudinal beam.
During the straightening process, the longitudinal beam does not need to be turned over or rotated.
The equipment is mainly composed of a horizontal straightening press, straightening oil cylinder lifting device, hydraulic system, straightening oil cylinders, roller conveyor table frame, and an electrical control system, etc.
