Longitudinal Beam Double Gun Submerged Arc Welding Machine

It is used for automatic welding of two weld seams on trailer longitudinal beams and I-beams.

The submerged arc automatic welding machine adopts a gantry-type structure. The gantry travels along the track and is equipped with two submerged arc welding machines for double-gun welding, enabling the welding of two seams simultaneously.
The welding guns adopt automatic tracking technology, allowing real-time seam tracking and welding without manual adjustment of the welding gun position when welding variable cross-sections.

The machine features excellent weld appearance, reliable quality, high production efficiency, and simple, convenient operation.

Both single-wire double-gun and double-wire double-gun welding modes can be used.
Single-wire welding is suitable for thick plates, while double-wire welding is suitable for thin plates, increasing weld metal deposition, reducing welding heat input, and effectively controlling welding deformation.
The welding speed can reach 1500 mm/min.

The longitudinal beam storage rack can be equipped with a pneumatic roller conveyor. After one side is welded, the beam can be pneumatically turned over to weld the opposite side. After welding, it can be pushed to the next workstation.

The automatic submerged arc welding machine consists of an electric gantry, submerged arc welding units, welding traveling trolley, automatic welding flux recovery and delivery device, electric cross-adjustment system for the welding guns, control system, automatic tracking system, and pneumatic roller table frame, etc.
